Are there any computer graphic design classes for teens?

Are there any computer graphic design classes for teens ages 13-18. I am looking for a class that will help me be prepared for collage. I am hoping to go in to the advertisement or inter-design career.Right now I am only 14 years old but will be turning 15 in about three months. I am in the New York Orange County area, I am close to Chester ( 10918 ).
