Keep it... You won't get as much money back and it's always more portable than the iPad.

It all depends on you. If you like to liten to music on the go, maybe you would want to keep your iPod. If you don't mind using the iPad, you can always use that. It depends on you. If you aren't going to use your iPod very often you might as well sell it.

Keep it as a back up storage device. It's still more portable then the iPad.
