Mouth ulcers, pls help. urgent.?

Forgive me for poor english.

2 days before i had body pain and my throat was paining too. So i took

Althrocin-250 and

intageshc-mr

the next day i felt well. My body pain was gone but my throat... It also went ok, but the area which is above the small toung (inside) it paining so hard, i cannot explain. I get feeling to die. So, it was started ystrday morning. I thought i should take 1 more tab for it, which i bought ystrday. I took 2. 1 at aftrnun and 1 at night. But it increase. And i had a sleepless night due to pain while taking my spit inside.

I couldn't sleep from yesterday. Whenever i take my Saliva inside, it pains more and more. I took some 2 more tabs at morning (prescribed ay doc), which are nt imp for me more. Cuz after taking them i found out that i've got ulcers in that upper area behind small toung inside. I can't handle it anymore. Pls tell me anything that can cure me as sooner as possible. Could it get ok within few hours? Cuz if it won't, i couldn't sleep tonight also. I have power to be awake for 2 days continuously. But if i'll be awake for more than 2 days then... I'm suffering from heat prob also. Take this also in acc.

1 more thing, yesterday i was with my frnd and i got ringing, my head was ringing for 10-20 secs. It happens never to me.

And i've reduced my food from 5 days. I eat, but less than more. I'm 21 boy, 5'4". Weight = 55 kg.

I think there is nothing left to tell u. Pls pls help me.
