What can I do with my hair? Suggestions Welcome?

Hi there

Anyone have any good ideas for my hair?  I'm completely bored with it at the moment.  It falls in the same boring style now that it's grown out of the bob I had about 3 years back.

this is what it looks like at the moment.

I want something more rock style, as I love that kind of music. But nothing too drastic as I have to go to work! But work aren't that fussed at what I have to some degree.  

Any ideas?  It's currently dark red and dark brown/black underneath.

I can't see your link. 
You have dark hair so I think a peak-a-boo purple would be cute you can hide it when you have it down 
 and when you pull it back you can see it it's cute I had it for the longest time. Just Google the images for peak a boo highlight for hair.
