I need help with a name of a TV show?

It's some sort of candied camera show in which people are put in different situations in an attempt to make them angry. They don't know that they are being filmed. To win a certain prize they mustn't get angry for some predetermined amount of time.

    I know what show you mean but can't remember the name either. The people got jobs at certain places and pretended to be the worse employees ever...the one that got fired first was the winner. There were 2 employees per type of work.
