How to address it the problem?

I was wondering if there is some way to get my bf a little more active in our sex life without offending him? I dont mind doin work but it would be nice if every once in a while he did a little more then just lay there. I realize how dumb this sounds I just dont really know how to bring something like that up...

    You need to just say, "Hey you know it would turn me on more if you ....."

    Or, "I really like it when you show more initiative."

    And be as graphic as you like. If you don't tell him what pleases you (or doesn't) he'll simply assume everything is awesome.
