Can't wear make-up at all, or not dramatic make-up? If you can wear some, you might go for a natural look. Otherwise, choose the airbrushed option so the editors will erase any flaws for you.

Wear your hair in a ponytail, but not the typical one. Put it to the side. If you have side-bangs or a particular part, pull it over to the thickest side and put it high right where the back and side of your head meets. Instead of pulling it tight, let the poof come up. Tease it up a bit if you have to. Give yourself some volume. If you're allowed, let your bangs frame your face. If it all has to be pulled back, pull it together, still keeping your part, and pull it back lightly to barely push on your teased hair and secure it in the pony and around the back with bobby pins. Curl the ends of your ponytail for a girly look.

The side-pony will show everyone that you're not bald and will help frame your face at whatever angle. Wear an old-fashioned scrunchii over your elastic to make your hair look thicker.

If that doesn't make sense, look on youtube for some tutorials. Ponytails don't have to be boring!

Well, it depends on your hair length. If your hair is long enough, then put your hair half down.

But what will also look nice is if you french braid your bangs, and then putting your hair up in a high bun/ high ponytail. I am referring to a bun that isn't necessarily 'messy' but so that it looks pretty natural. Also, adding a hairband may make it look complete. (:
