what happens if i want to get a new phone and i still have a contract with the old one?
ok i have an at&t htc freestyle that just recently broke. I want a at&t iphone 4s so what happens with the contract do i still have to pay for the old phone and the new one or what? Idk how it works?

That depends, if you are gonna buy the iPhone full price (from Apple, or AT&T) or off of eBay or from a friend, you can just transfer the phone. No big deal. However, if you want the discounted $200 price, that typically requires a new contract. Hope that helps.
