Low turn out from bad weather?

To have a fair election where everyone gets to vote, elections should be held in good weather

Update:

What I meant was to hold them in late spring of early summer when the weather is milder. Weekend voting would also be better

    You can't control the weather on election day. The best thing the US could do to improve voter turnout is hold the elections on weekends instead of week days.
