Well you can get oral diseases like herpes from oral, but i've given a few and have never gotten it. It's a lot safer than sex in that aspect. But if you're that concerned about it you can purchase a flavored condom - that's what they're made for! If you use a condom, you obviously won't swallow the sperm. If you don't use a condom, you have a few options. its really simple. you just put his penis in your mouth and use your hand to jack him off until he ejaculates. you can use a condom but you dont have to. if you dont and when he ejaculates some of the sperm might hit your gag reflex.
