can I cancel my mortgage if I don't accept the GFE nor have I signed it?

i had originated, they denied me the rate, the file was withdrawn, I accepted the new rate and re-activated, now the GFE is too high...

can i pull out?

    yes... lending laws protect you for this... also... if you have not recorded and signed anything.. you can pull out...
