Will I my apartment application be approved?

I recently have been hunting for apartments to accept me with no income and no credit but, money to pay most or all of the lease up front with the money from financial aid loan. Recently I came across a privately owned apartment that said it would be fine if I paid 5x the rent (2250 up front) + the deposit and other fees. I quickly agreed and went in to fill out an application the same day. This is my first time renting an apartment and I am about to be getting out of school. After looking over my application (no vehicle, no employment besides currently using financial aid and previously a full time student, no credit) the agent said I would be fine since I am paying the 5x and I have a bank statement showing the money came from my university and how much money I currently have. Although the outcome seemed like it would be good I'm still a little nervous about the credit check. How likely am I to be approved? They said I'd here back Friday the same day I have to move out of the dorms.

Credit checks are to ensure timely and good paying habits, since you are paying in advance you should be approved.

Under these circumstances your application will be approve because you have good credit history.  They always check out your pay history before taking anyone like if you are capable of paying rent on time or not. But I will suggest you to broad your searching and try other places too.
