simple, the arrow in the knee technique.

but seriously, what matters is the fighter itself. martial arts just helps you know what to do i a special way. a judo practioner would do one effective thing, while a karate practioner will do another effect thing. even a street fighter may do something

there is no most effective technique, no technique will work all the time. You have to look at the situation. For example, let's say you prefer to do wrist/arm locks, but you are versing a kickboxer, it's unlikely your fav will work.

A deadly technique would be a neck break

MMA, not bad, never tried it

In the real world, one must know Judo, Karate & Aikido.

MMA & UFC are a Hollywood show.

They are like All Star Wrestling, Bruce Lee & Chuck Norris shows.

Choreography with organized crime money behind them.

Hollywood & professional sports are so corrupt & cunning that they easily fool the ignorant.

Although you asked for an opinion, I give the facts...

Slow motion of the videos, with a keen eye will prove my point.

The most deadly technique is the sacrifice! Watch the cats fight.

    Learn from the animal world.

Punching seems to work pretty well.

Also, MMA is a sport, so a lot of effective moves that could be applied in real life situations aren't allowed in MMA fights. I know MMA stands for mixed martial arts, but sports have adopted that name.
