Are there any popular/cheap flats for students in London?
The school I want to attend is in Central London, at Holborn tube station.

Contact the college first to see if they can help with accommodation. Central London is *extremely* expensive to live in, with rents being very high. Holborn is in travel zone 1, one of the most expensive parts of London.
Many students rent, or find a place to share further out, then commute into college.

There are a number of website that you can also look at to give you an idea of what is available out there. Good luck.

I went to Imperial and rented a room (double room in a shared flat) and it grew to become into £a hundred and ten a week aside from all charges, that grew to become into 2 years in the past in Earls courtroom (couple of tube stops faraway from campus). That grew to become into very actual searching for someplace quite friendly. i'm no longer talking posh place of living, i'm talking no bugs/rats, no longer in a basement, no longer too noisy, actual looking sized rooms, functioning furniture & washer. you will get extra low priced flatshares in case you decrease your standards or in case you share with extra human beings, or in case you share a room, or in case you holiday in from zones 3-6 (that's what various folk finally end up doing). in case you're waiting to holiday then you definately may well be waiting to have adequate money your guy or woman place, yet back it relies upon how fussy you're relating to the section and in spite of in case you have an important different to share the employ with. people who holiday tend to have plenty nicer places and picture the commute is quite worth it, people who stay powerful have not so intense high quality places and no money yet think of it rather is quite worth it to have the full of London on their doorstep. My suggestion: beg and plead to stay in halls and stay there as long as you are able to - worked for me - that grew to become into approximately £eighty for an ensuite room.
