I Think General VK Singh must step down immediately when the objective with he approached the Apex court?

asked him to withdraw his case. He has left with no moral to Head the army.

    Moral !

    He has every right i.e. morally,ethically and legally to continue.

    Way/process of rejecting his application was wrong.
