Transfering of ownership of Ebay account?

My cousin is an ebay business account holder. Now she is not trading and wanted me to have that so that i can continue with her account. My question is, is that simple enough to just change the username and password along with addresses in presence of my cousin.

Would that gimme the change of ownership.

You can change the address == people move all the time. You can change the eMail address (again, people get new email accounts all the time)

There is nothimng to stop you selling 'on behalf' of her Business (again, Businesses employ new people all the time).

However, you can't change the account ownership ('real name') and this means you woud have problems if you want to 'attach' your own Bank Account / Credit Card (the names would not 'match') = so she continues to be responsible for all the fees etc.

No, because you are not entitled to the feedback accumulated on your cousin's account. If you read the eBay rules, you will see that it amounts to fraud.
