Pain in chest while sleeping?
Ok, so every now and then when i am in bed trying to get to sleep, i lay on my side and i get this unbearable pain shooting down my neck and down the middle of my chest. Can anyone explain what this might mean? I am a smoker, i don't know if that has anything to do with it, i only smoke maybe 3 or 4 cigarettes a day.
But please, i would like to know if anyone else has the same pain, or if anyone can explain what it is.

I get chest pains while sleeping, it is probably the position you are sleeping in. If you sleep all curled up, you're probably cramping up. Or if it's your neck then it might be your pillows. Either way if it only happens in bed, it's most likely how you're lying.
