What does the french word povrtovjovrs mean?

It's a word on a silver medallion my late father had.

On the other side it is dated September 1927.

    Hi Puannani , it's not "povrtovjovrs" it's "pour toujours" and it means " for everyday" or "forever" or "for all the days" depending on the context.
