Please let me know how many grams is an ounce that weighs gold.?

There are different types of ounces,I would like to know which one is used in gold business worldwide.

    Gold is traded by Troy Ounces and not regular postal/food ounces. In a Troy Ounce their is 31.1 grams. Also another measure of gold is DWT (pennyweight), which most jewelers go by when buying and selling gold. 1 Troy Ounce equals 20 DWT. To view a sample payout visit the source site added.
