did i eat well yesterday?

bowl of alpen low sugar meusli and skimmed milk

half a pitta bread

slice of chocolate cake with a very rich butter cream (it was a very indulgent very sugary cake i made myself, it had a very high content of butter sugar and chocolate and eggs)

a satsuma

a slices of thin crust italian magherita pizza my dad made

a portion of peas and runner beans

another slice of same pizza

a carrot

a plum

im 15 and weigh 120 pounds and im 5ft 4, i didnt excercise at all yesterday and stayed at home revising all day, did i eat too much or too little and how many calories?

    yerah sounds really good

    not bad at all

    but u didnt have enough proteins

    and you kinda ate too many processed carbs

    so this could improve

    You should aim for at least 5 serves of vegetables and at least 2 serves of fruits a day. Try to snack on some nuts and seeds extra boost of protein and other vitamins and minerals. Have some green tea and other herbal teas for antioxidants.

    It looks like your calories were fine. Besides, you aren't supposed to workout everyday to give your body some rest and your metabolism won't slow during your off day.
