half a pitta bread

slice of chocolate cake with a very rich butter cream (it was a very indulgent very sugary cake i made myself, it had a very high content of butter sugar and chocolate and eggs)

a satsuma

a slices of thin crust italian magherita pizza my dad made

a portion of peas and runner beans

another slice of same pizza

a carrot

a plum

im 15 and weigh 120 pounds and im 5ft 4, i didnt excercise at all yesterday and stayed at home revising all day, did i eat too much or too little and how many calories?

    The fruit is good, but that is not a lot of food, especially if you are 15 and still growing. The pizza and the cake are bad. Lots of fat and sugar, but not enough substantial food!

    Have something like rice with veg and a chicken piece of chicken as a main meal. For lunch you could have carrot sticks and breadsticks with some sort of dip you like, cereal bar, sandwich, and a piece of fruit or some such. What you're going for breakfast and snacks of fruit are great though, keep it up.
