HELP!!! Turning aquarium into a turtle tank?
Ok so I have a 55gallon aquarium that had for like 2 years already with angels fish and gouramis but fish just don't intrest me no more so I'm GOIN to give my fish to my neighbor and I might go with turning it to a turtle tank bu idk what I need to get started I and how to take care of them like how to clean the tank how
Often do I clean it what do they eat an how manny can I get in a tank what type of turtle do you recommend for a beginner plz help thank you

be careful of the information you get, it's often wrong, especially at petco/petsmart/walmart etc.
most turtles are sold by people who outright lie about what's required to keep them
I've even heard people say that the little green turtles are going to stay small and only live about 2 years.
this is a lie, they grow if kept healthy, and have a lifespan of about 60 years and usually die because of improper care.

all u need is, on one side of the tank..have some sort of heated flat stone(can get them at a petstore) and on the other side have a pool where the turtle can chill ;D
also feed him bugs i beleive ;D
