Yugioh - what deck should I build?

I am thinking about T.G. agents but I am not sure. My friends already have a dark world deck so I don't really want to build the same deck

    why not just build anti meta?

    3 dimensional fissure

    3 thunder king rai-oh

    3 tiger king wanghu

    3 dimensional prison

    3 pot of duality

    and a bunch of cards that remove things from play, then you can side 3 shadow imprisoning mirror , 3 light imprisoning mirror and other things like that, if they run dark worlds you should easily crush them 90% of the time
