¿Queso con ceniza, por qué? puedo usar la ceniza como colorante?

Tengo un guisado que quiero dejarlo muy negro. ¿qué colorante natural puedo usar sin que cambien el sabor del guisado? Pienso que las tintas de calamar o pulpo le cambiarían su sabor.

    hola, puedes usar tortilla quemada molida.

    La ceniza es blanquecina y es alcalina, por lo que afectaría el sabor, podrías usar zapote prieto o cocoa.

    La tinta del calamar te lo dejaria bien negro.-
