repairing ipod touch?

I drunken bet my friend I could fix his ipod touch (I'm normally reasonably good at repairs) the main damage is the cracked screen which still works fine but just looks weird and the power on button on top was crushed down and bent to the extent where only half pushes down, if I opened it up could I bend it back or is it not worth it?

Also I plugged it into itunes because it said ipod is disabled and it comes up that I need to put a passcode into the ipod on my pc, but then it says nothing on the ipod... Do I have to take it back to where he normally sync's it to get the keypad to put the code in?

All i recognize is that if that's jailbroken, you need to now not supply it in! If not rapidly you be waiting to get it off, i'm in spite of the undeniable fact that uncertain if there's a fashion or now not that they could tell if that's been tampered with. good fulfillment (as immediately as you get the jailbreak off).
