Hi Stuart,
Which system do you have please?
If you could tell us the model then we should be able to help.
Many thanks

Hi again,
You will need to lift the panel off the wall mounting bracket, wait 5 seconds, then place the panel back onto the bracket making sure the plastic lugs line up with the holes. Push it down firmly so the panel clicks into place - this should then clear the panel tamper fault.
Hope this helps! If you need anything further please feel free to call Yale customer services on 01902 364647, or alternatively if you need help with installing a Yale product you can contact one of our Yale Security Point installers on 0800 97 00 247.
Thanks!

Hi Stuart,
I assume you're in the UK? I've never dealt with any Yale products besides locks and hardware (Phoenix, Arizona).
Try http://digital.yale.co.uk/, maybe there is a link to a Yale alarm dealer in your area.
For what it's worth, "tamper" can refer to several things: Loose cover on a wireless device, or an open lid or enclosure for hardwired equipment. At least here in the states...!
Good luck!
