why cant i get new pokemon data on pokedex3d?

First, you have to have the wifi switch on if you have wifi. You get 3 a day and I noticed that most times I turn my 3DS on, the data isn't sent right away. So you might have to wait a minute or two. Google the little squares to scan and it will give you pokemon silhouettes that could possibly be the next pokemon you get.
