Has any video game company really taken such measure to make a game so realistic?

There was a game a few years ago, about a guy in a deathmatch reality show trying to break out of an insane asylum, and you had to sneak around a lot and kill guards. I walked up behind one, pushed the kill button, and the guard said "Please no, I have a family!" before my character finished the animation and crushed his head with a lead pipe.

I turned that game off, and never played it again.

You sound as if you're referring to an already existent game in which the company did take such measures. And define, "such" measures. They've definitely taken measures, and I find games realistic but you're question is to vague to answer accurately.

Halo 4 that's coming out teamed up with like 4 other game companies including the makers of need for speed to make the game more realistic

Of course, but video games are extremely difficult to make. To try to replicate real life in the form of a computer program is difficult.
