That has always been a reliable source in the past, and those "leaked banlists" are completely wrong almost all the time.

The actual list from Japan's V-JUMP is usually on Shriek by February 16th or 17th.

Apprently it has been leaked now from japan.

this is most definitely not accurate, konami will not be restricting rabbits or wind ups, they would most certainly not put marshmallon at unlimited and they wouldnt restrict hyperion either
