My dog's penis keeps swelling up like a balloon ?
It is the 3rd time is done this it went back in twice but its come back out again, hes desexed, why does it keep doin this? It looks sore and its gross because he sleeps with me >.< HeLp!

Some adolescent males will do this from time to time and it's really normally nothing to worry about, although if it doesn't go back into the sheath, veterinary help may be needed - don't try to force this.
If you are concerned about this, see your vet - he's heard it all so don't be embarrassed. Given time, this should stop happening.
ps It would be better to have him sleep beside your bed, not on it!!

give it another week then take him to the vet to have him cheked out
