No, it was the 14th amendment and the "due process clause" which the Supreme Court used in Roe v. Wade. The 13th amendment probably wouldn't work at all, as it hasn't ended the draft and that's easier to argue against with this amendment than abortion rights (or banning abortion) is. Pregnancy is also a natural part of life, so it's quite a bit different than slavery. I don't know where you came up with the idea that women's bodies are property of the state, unless we're all property of the state. DAMN!!! How many troll accounts does Dr. Who/Ferstn L have to star this thing up? So, John Von Lof, I see you're another one of them. I actually thought you were a separate person. I can tell because some of those accounts only answer questions that one of the other accounts asked. It's extremely easy to tell. Inflammatory comments don't make someone a troll, if they did, we'd all be trolls.
