Need to move to warmer weather due to my Autoimmune disease. I have trouble with cooler temps...?

Tropic temps work best for me due to rare temperature sensitivity. I will be retired with a VA Disability payment. I understand the "Going Bamboo" and slow down in life. I am used to being alone and 45 with no wife, no debt and very able to supply a piece of my life to the rest of the globe through photos and biography on line. I want nothing more to commune with nature at my pace on the Beach. Researched PR., Guam, Fl.Keys, USVI. All have some ups and downs. Hawaii is not an option. Too expensive. Looking for some simplicity.
