Do you think Salt Lake City can host the Winter Olympics again in 2022?
There is talk that Salt Lake City would be a potential candidate city for the 2022 Winter Olympics. I follow the Olympic bid races and 2022 is shaping up to be a North American Bid that will most likely win and The US Olympic committee has expressed interest to bid. Salt Lake City has also expressed Interest too and Utah Governer also set up a committee a couple weeks ago to determine if it would be feesable to bid again. Salt Lake City would most likely be a solid and good bid since it already hosted in 2002 And all the venues are already in place.
What do you think? Should Salt Lake City bid again to host the 2022 Winter Olympics?

I follow your logic on 2022 favoring a North American city, but I don't see how any city will host two Winter Olympiads in 20 years. Sure, Lake Placid hosted two Winters, but they separated by 48 years.
But then, I could be wrong. Public spending on these projects will shrink, so SLC could score very high in facilities, since much of what's needed won't be terribly old. There is a relatively small pool of cities capable of hosting a Winter Olympics, so perhaps a dose of austerity is on its way. A key consideration is if the fickle International Olympic Committee members are willing to travel to SLC again.
BTW, I wouldn't read too much into the Utah Governor clamoring about it. That taps into the "can-do" spirit that politicians love to champion, especially when trying to distract you from something really embarrassing or illegal. Is the Gov up for re-election soon?

Well, the next time that the Winter Olympics is in the USA, chances are it will be a different city this time.
Now, if the USA gets the 2020 Summer Olympics, there's no way the USA would also have the 2022 Winter Olympics.
But, if the USA does not get the 2020 Summer Games, it's possible that the USA could get the 2022 Winter Games, but I still would not think it would happen anyway.

Yes most definitely it sure can
it hosted one before and it can host own again. SLC got nothing but great praise for being the host city and had no complaints at all.
SLC has the best snow on earth hands down even better than Colorado
So I see it can host another Olympics

Definitly not, i think that if the US do decide to bid again it will be for the Summer games, 20 years isnt much only time its happened before is innsbruck but that was becuse denver pulled out...
So no they can't, it would be a waste of money
