If you can, do these 2 steps when posting a deck to be reviewed or wanted to be fixed:
1. organize your typing
2. use the full cards name
*not all people know what is CeD or BoM...
and you have a pretty solid blackwing deck here, i can tell just by your monster arrangements...
your spells and traps are also really solidly arrange...
I'll give this deck 8/10
P/S: try to consider to put 1 more Icarus attack

No Vayu? This is something blackwings kinda need and rely on for its power and consistency. Vayu's goes with shura.
