How many incandescent light bulbs do you have in your house?
As you know the Federal Government is fazing out the old incandescent light bulbs, so the question I have for you is in your house or apartment, how many of them do you have left. Here is my count on that:
2 Porches back and front
1 Washroom
1 Kitchen
2 Den
7 Living Room
3 Bathroom
1 Hall
3 Back Bedroom
3 Front Bedroom
That is the down stairs
This is the upstairs
2 South Bedroom
3 Middle Room
2 Two storage areas
My room has none, which totals for the whole house 30
Can you provide more detail, like I did, let's do some itemizing, please?

I'd say half my bulbs are incandescent, and the other half are either CFL or LED. Personally, I have stocked up on incandescent. CFLs hurt my eyes and give me a headache, and in the winter I appreciate the heat the incandescent gives out (actually saves me on oil). And, as it costs $5 to turn in one CFL at the recycle station, and costs more for the bulb, the "savings" aren't that significant.

you can still buy 60 watt bulbs at walmart. the newer unsafe bulbs are cheaper now. at 52 cents a box while the old ones are 2.00 for a 4 pack. i have always used the regular/old ones at 40 watts because i like to save money

Only 2 lamps that are on timers. All the rest, about 40, have been switched to CF bulbs at about 12 watts each.
