Why are Americans so intolerant towards Muslim's?

I'm appalled at the people who are opposed to the Mosque near ground zero.
To show tolerance we should let them build it.

Then across the street we should put a topless bar called,"You Mecca Me Hot".


Next to that should be a gay bar, "The Turban Cowboy"
On the other side should be a pork rib restaurant called the "I...raq O' Ribs" , and the "Allah You Can Eat Buffet".


Then we'll see how tolerant they are.

in my opinion, a mosque near ground zero would be the perfect monument to the utter failure of what the 9/11 attackers were trying to bring about.
