by the way utah is the most populated states In united states so I thing it's very Important for united states federal government to use diplomacy to help alot Of hard worker Immigrants get Jobs and also community services like apartments to live because right Now there is too many immigrants are live high unemployment number 95% so by Now United states economic counts agreat exceptions to help alot of hard worker and young people get jobs they want it.

    UT is 34 in population and 41st in terms of population density so it is not the "most populated states" you are totally wrong.

    You also don't seem to understand the term diplomacy in relation to the federal government.
