Is Salamence or Flygon the better pokemon?

I know Flygon is more popular, but I still think Salamece is better. Am I wrong or are they both about even?

    Depends on what you want to use it for

    Salamence is a better wallbreaker and sweeper

    Flygon is a better scout

    Flygon, I got a shiny and normal one. but Salamance is also good.

    It depends on how you raise it . But I would go with salamence !.. But I suppose der kinda even !
