loss of power and doesnt sound right?

93 silverado, 213,000 miles, stock 5.7L. i changed the cap, rotor, plugs, plug wires, egr valve, cleaned the idle air control valve, put in new injectors, fuel filter is 2 years old. The truck starts good, idles good and drives good except for when it gets to half throttle and more, it has loss of power, stutters slightly and sounds like it missing or the timing is off or something, im not really sure. when i get to about 45mph and step on it the motor takes off like its supposed to but the power kind of surges. like i have normal power than it will lose it for a second, come back, lose it come back and so on... If im easy on the gas it runs perfect. i have no idea what to do.

Save yourself some grief and have your codes pulled ASAP.

Meanwhile a few things you can do that may help or even solve your problem would be to do some basic clean up of some of your components and sensors.

Since you've already cleaned your Idle Air Control Valve, we can skip that one and your fuel filter may still be okay, so we can save that for last if this other stuff doesn't fix the problem.

Go to the nearest auto parts store and get a spray can of carburetor cleaner.

With a few hand tools and a couple hours of your time perform the clean up operations detailed in the links below.

That should go a long way toward curing your problem.

Don't just replace parts because the code reader says they read out of range. Test them to be sure they are not working before replacing anything.

Many times sensors will read ad out of range due to other related issues.

Even if this doesn't cure the problem it will eliminate a few sources of false readings when you have your computer codes pulled if you need to investigate further.

Just follow the procedures detailed in the links below:

Forget what pete said and do what james said. Replace the fuel filter first. It's the quickest and cheapest thing to check
