Is my house haunted? Please HELP!?

this sounds like want is happening to me. to the point where my mattress sunk down beside me be really to believe No you are not losing Your mind, I live on haunted land. Use a video camera with nightlight, digital cameras a cheap digital camera works just as well. Down load pictures on to a computer to see pictures better and you can enlarge the pictures .by looking at the pictures just on the camera there will be things that you can not see, so put pictures on the computer. Even a digital voice recorder . Have friends and family spend the night. I have vibrating bed I thought it was just me, No my Friends was in the bed and it happened to them. You can get an EVP meter and you can talk to them with it. It will go off if you hold it close to electric items play with it and you will get it down Example sit it on a bed or away from electric Remember all spirits/ghost are not demons.you my not need a priest ghost may be just telling you that it is there. my ghost will shack the bed or the cat food bowl. it has never tried to hurt me.

find a way to record your information, Or some way to prove to others its not just you. This can be helpful in many ways. And helps protect your sanity. Some times people experance strange ghost like things around emp spots, or electicle magnetic spots. Do you have any other details, on what they may have looked like, or certain personality quirks. another way to test this, is by trying some of those ghost replling charms, like salt in all the entrances, or by listening to static noise, and seeing if you hear them better.

I strongly suggest getting a priest (I don't mean to offend your religious beliefs) and have him atleast take a look at your house AND you.

I would say you are seeing/hearing things. If its bothering you that much I would suggest moving. I mean, you've been living witth this stuff for two years so obivously your able to not let it scare you that much.

Maybe you need to research the history of your property and home. It wouldn't hurt to talk to a priest.

well yes your house is haunted i would have stuff go missing when i needed it most and then it would show up 3 days. have you noticed anything opening and closing, noks, and little giggles?
