Can you really buy a house in Florida for $3,000?

I was looking on Yahoo Real Estate and saw a bunch of houses that were between $2000 and $4000. That can't be right, can it?

    Sounds like a rental amount, definately not the purchase price.

    It is most likely a rental, that is the monthly rent.

    It was probably a typo. either that, or you mis counted by a couple zeros.
