Razer Deathadder DPI help? (Serious Question)?
I recently bought the Razer Deathadder mouse, and I love it. I try and get myself used to 3500 dpi, to get better at some games, like Starcraft. My two extra buttons are DPI Up and On-The-Fly-Sensitivity. For some reason, when I check my driver sometimes, the DPI settings will say 1800, when I did not set it to that. Also, when the options switch themselves, there is no option to switch back to 3500. Now, today it switched back to 3500 for a while, but it is now saying 1800 again. I don't know if it has something to do with my extra buttons, but please help. (I also cannot tell if the DPI ACTUALLY changes, but I'm pretty sure it does.)
EDIT: I downloaded the driver early Feb. so I'm assuming that it is the most updated drivers.

Have you tried updating your drivers? What version are you using?
EDIT: So, my best bet is it has to do with the DPI up on the extra buttons. Try making a new profile and just setting the DPI to 3500, and use 3500 at all times. I've been using the DeathAdder since it's release and it's a great mouse. I never use the "adjust DPI" buttons, just on-the-fly-sensitivity.
