how do i become more flexible?

im a dancer and im not as flexible as the girls so how do i fix this?

    In flexible do you mean doing splits???? Or anything else because im very flexible. Ok heres what to do

    1.eat a healthy good breakfest

    2. Exersize and make sure to strech your hamstrings. Hold each strech for 15-30 seconds.

    2. Try to do what flexible thing that you wanted to do and how much it hurts just hold.

    3.go on a playground where they have those bars try to do stuff on thoes like:

    •Benddown to bridge but over bar.

    •Try the splits or if you ever see a ballarina how they strech with one foot on the bar touching toes

    Hoped this helped remember dont strech too much or youll hurt your self do it 2 times a day

    Go through your flexibility routine twice each day.

    You really need to stretch every day, because even if you do it every other day you will still lose some of the progress you made.
