Under the belts sounds like it's probably the water pump or a hose connecting to the pump. You really need to put eyes on the actual leak, though.

Sounds like the water pump is leaking and needs to be replaced. If the cooling system was never flushed or refilled with new coolant (once every 5 years or 50000 miles) then it is possible the old coolant became acidic and ate away at the pump deal. If the timing belt is accessible at the water pump, then now would be a money saver to replace it at this time a swell. Go to any reliable repair shop to have the system pressure tested to pinpoint the exact cause of the leak.

maybe a cracked radiator, maybe a hose popped off at the bottom. you didnt really specicfy how bad the leak is so its a little harder to tell but it has to be one of those two

check to make sure your cap has a good seal , and that your car isnt overheating , look for a cracked hose by bending it (drips) ... if u cant find it , try some radiator seal u run threw your coolant

You'll need to determine the source of the leak before anyone can tell you what is needed to get it repaired.

check the water pump or hoses
