I like Luna the best, since she's so colorful and frilly. The pieces probably wouldn't be too hard to find (though making them would be a different matter altogether).
Leia would be my second choice, but a tail might be a bit hard to walk in. Maybe a human version? Again, it's because of the colors and such.

The others are a bit too plain for my liking.
