Should I call this person out on this?
I met a guy online and literally bumped into him and we chatted. At the end of chatting for an hour, we exchanged numbers. Early last week, I texted him asking if he wanted to get together "for a drink or to hangout" today (Monday). His reply was one I HATEEEEE: "I'll have to see what I'm up to." When I asked when he'd know, he said "monday".
So I had to keep my plans for the night 'on hold' for him to get back to me. Well, I know full well that he had no intention of hanging out w/ me tonite. In any event, it's now almost 7pm, and I haven't even heard from him.
Do I:
a. Ignore him and wait for him to call either tonite or another night
b. Call him out on him not even giving me a yes or no
If I do A, I'm afraid he'll sorta 'forget' about me. He didn't seem too keen on telling me that he's busy tonite, so why would he jump to hangout with me again.
If I do B, I'm afraid that will make him say "you're a loser-cya".
What would you do?

When he says he has to see what he is up to the translation to plain English is:
"Maybe, I would rather hang out w/ a another person however if that falls thru then I'll hang out with you".
So basically you are this guys back-up plans. At least this guy was honest w/ you. Next time your play is to pull your offer off the table. Say, "Oh? Well how about we skip this Monday and try another time when your schedule is less crowded". And then play things by ear...
Got it?

Umm just remind him? Idk if calling him out or ignoring him is the best thing to do, but if he's doin it multiple times then go for the call out
