AuE -- Australian English question...?
I know Australian English (AuE) uses identical spelling to British English, but are words pronounced the same like:
Is "Lieutenant" prounounced "Lef-tenent" or "Loo-tenant"?
Is "Schedule" prounounce "Shed-jewel" or "Sked-jewel"?
Is "Aluminium" prounounced "Alu-min-yum" or "Alu-menum"?
And do aussies say "Boot & Bonnet" or "Trunk & Hood" oh, and are Americans called "Yanks"?
P.S./N.B. -- Are surgeons addressed as Dr (as in US customary) or Mr/Ms/Mrs (as in UK customary)?

Hey there (: I'm from Australia.
Lieutenant is pronounced 'Loo-tenant'
Schedule is pronounced 'Shed-jewel'.
Aluminium is pronounced 'Alu-min-i-yum'
We say boot and bonnet. You won't normally hear people refer to Americans as Yanks.
I'm pretty sure surgeons are addressed as Dr (: I'm not 100% sure though actually, but if you're ever in Australia and need to see a surgeon (hopefully you won't have to haha) just check their business card at reception/look on the walls where they hang their qualifications etc.
Hope I helped (:
