The website that you link to (with a video from the David Horowitz Freedom Center), shows just how the Obama administration has acted vis-a-vis Israel, which is of course unfriendly. However, I believe that in the case of President Obama, there is a larger pattern involved in all of this.

President Obama, I submit, is post-nationalist in his overall thinking, and thus inclined to apologize for America abroad. A corollary of this is that he is necessarily less likely to favor traditional allies if they seem to stand in the way of him getting along with not-so-friendly countries. In his policies based on appeasement, he has proven himself all too willing to back down from unfriendly countries like Russia, Iran, Turkey, and others. Israel, while it absorbs no small portion of Obama's harsh policies, is not the only country affected by this. I remember that on the 70th anniversary of the start of World War II (when Poland was carved up between the Nazis and the Soviets), he backed out on a defensive shield for Poland, leading former Polish premier Lech Walesa to state, among other things, that America could not be relied on.
