Male puberty usually starts around 11. But theres no normal time because every boy is different. Some can even start at 10, some as late as 16. Usually 11-13 is the majority.

I started at 11.
for girls it can start at 9 or 10 but it varies for everyone. Some people don't start until they're like 15 or 16.
