Yahoo is fully aware of this, Your account has been compromised, first do a full virus/malworm scan, then change your password. Alert your contacts to not click the link in the email from your account, because it is a virus. Let them know you didn't send it.

Spoofs are easy lately. THANKS YAHOO FOR MAKING FRAUD AND SPAM SO MUCH EASIER! Duh.
At the bottom of every Y page there's a Feedback link. Explain your problem in detail and they may be able to do something about it.
However, there are privacy issues, and you may need to contact the police and file a complaint to 'make Y do something.'
